Edged Robinia Timber
Utilization
Playgrounds, Parks, Gardens, Ports, ZOOs, Furniture, Balconies
It is characteristic of the robinia that the wood block has rustic form and full of bands and knurs. Cutting older and thicker but healthy logs (over 25 cm diameter) to different intersection timber causes serious wastage. Nevertheless the products, which are produced, planed and cut into the required size, are used outside of choice because of their durability and wear-proof features.
Elaboration
The robinia logs are – after a proper selection- cut with loggers, with round saws they are cut into the required size, mostly they are planed and packed in the required combination. The left timber is used with more elaboration. (picket, shingle…)
